Hayden built his first website in 1998, before deciding to study "New Media" (as it was called way back then) at Media Design School in Auckland. He graduated from Media Design School in December 2000 with a Diploma of New Media Design awarded with Merit and an Industry Award for Excellence in Design.
Hayden established 72DPI in August 2004, and since then has seen the business grow and shape its self to meet the ever changing needs of the online world.
Keith went to Media Design School after stumbling from High School. He studied Computer Graphics and then Digital Media. Keith has always worked in web design and joined 72DPI in 2007. His role has evolved from designer to developer which means he has a good knowledge of the entire web production workflow.
When Keith is off duty he plays a mean game of golf and loves to grow mango seedlings with his son Josh. Baby Brianna will get in on the act when she's older.
Globe trotter Dipika joined our team to bring order to the choas. Originally from England, Dipika comes to us with a wealth of experience in marketing & account management that she earned in London agencies.
When she's not here cracking the whip, Dipika can be found watching Shortland Street or dancing with her daughter.
Jamie studied Product Design at Glasgow Caledonian University, graduating with a BA hons back in 2000. He joined 72DPI in early 2013 and has now settled in Pukekohe with his wife and 2 young daughters.
Jamie has extensive experience and knowledge in Photoshop and brings illustration & animation skills to the team. When not slaving over a hot PC Jamie can be found in the garden burning food on his barbeque or playing with the kids.
Al completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at Canterbury University in 2000, majoring in history and political science. After this he took the only logical next step and became a web designer.
Al has wide-ranging web superpowers having worked in a variety of roles both here and over the ditch. When not setting the web on fire Al can be found quietly fretting about the slow but unstoppable progression of classic male pattern hair loss.
An Alumni of Auckland's Media Design School, Scott joined 72DPI in 2015 and quickly become a key member of the team. Scott is unique, not just because he has a full head of hair but he's the only developer on the team who can perform without frequent caffeine top-ups. Scott's coding skills are legendary but his first love is definitely Sport; Rugby, Cricket, Football...Ladies tennis.
When he's not cranking out code Scott is likely to be gigging or changing the radio back to The Rock!
Lauren is the most recent addition to the team. Sharing the PHP workload with Keith, Lauren has quickly made a mark here on a number of projects. Lauren is another local lass and mother of two, raising these two small children has been good preparation for sitting next to Keith!
Outside of work Lauren can often be seen joyriding around Pukekohe with her kids on their bikes, She is also a very talented painter.
